What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a tailored and holistic healing art designed to support you back into balance, whatever that may mean for you. Yoga Therapy is for anyone, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Together we will build practices relevant for your lifestyle. To support you in managing stress, burnout, chronic pain, sleep issues, life changes, and more.

Sessions may include, but are not limited to: personalized assessments, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices. Each session is complete with an individualized plan to apply yogic principles and practices, to support in reaching your goals and promote health and overall well being.
